Lead Barista – Part Time

We’re a specialty coffee café focused on quality, consistency, and warm hospitality.

We’re hiring a Lead Barista to support daily bar operations, maintain high coffee standards, and help guide our team.

Responsibilities
Dial in espresso and maintain brew consistency
Lead bar workflow and service pacing
Support training and onboarding of baristas
Maintain stock levels and communicate ordering needs
Ensure equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance
Deliver excellent, professional customer service

Requirements
1–2+ years specialty coffee experience
Robust espresso dialing and sensory skills
Confident with workflow, multitasking, and service pressure
Reliable, skilled, and team‑oriented
Consistent availability, including some weekends
