Become the lead financial expert at AppDirect as a Senior Accounting Manager in a hybrid setting. Your deep understanding of GAAP and ability to lead teams will enhance our subscription-based financial operations. This role requires over seven years of progressive accounting and finance experience, particularly with acquisition integrations and ASC 805.

You will manage a dedicated team of three, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance while effectively communicating financial insights across departments. Your leadership will be key in fostering an workplace of excellence in financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee acquisition integrations and purchase accounting
Execute the complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process




Prepare and review key financial documentation and reports
Maintain and improve general ledger systems
Develop a robust team, setting transparent expectations Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years in accounting or finance
At least 4 years managing accounting personnel
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
Solid experience in ASC 805 and purchase accounting
