The Council of the Haida Nation is looking for a passionate Farm Manager to oversee its community-oriented farm located in Tlaal/Tlell.

Successful candidates will have more than two years of experience in farm management and will play a crucial role in educating and supervising a small team while enhancing ecological practices. This role highlights the importance of local food security and hands-on management. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute crop production schedules
Oversee greenhouse management and monitoring
Train and support seasonal workers or volunteers
Develop relationships with local markets for produce sales
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations Requirements:
2+ years in market gardening or greenhouse management
Experience managing crop health and soil quality
Ability to adapt under changing weather conditions
Reliable with positive organizational skills
