Join our energetic team as a Laundromat Attendant and be the driving force behind a clean, efficient, and welcoming laundry facility. In this energetic role, you will ensure that all laundry operations run smoothly , assisting customers, wash and fold customer orders and upholding high standards of cleanliness. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will create a pleasant setting for all patrons while supporting the day-to-day functions of our laundromat.

This paid position offers an exciting prospect to develop your skills in hospitality, cleaning, and customer service within a fast-paced setting.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs in a friendly, skilled manner
Wash and fold of customers laundry
Keep the facility clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and managing laundry area supplies
Assist customers with guidance on machine usage
Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment for staff and patrons
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sanitizing machines,



folding areas, and waiting spaces to uphold hygiene standards
.Skills
The ability to manage a ledger and accept payment from customers , cash and debit
Previous hotel experience or customer service background is highly desirable
Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation is a plus
Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure a spotless environment
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively
Reliability and punctuality to ensure smooth daily operations
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
