This role focuses on inclusion and employee engagement within a hybrid workplace. As a temporary full time Organizational Development and Inclusion Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in developing programs that promote organizational excellence and inclusion at KPU.

This six-month contract emphasizes creating and implementing training aligned with equity and diversity principles, fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Your expertise in instructional design will be essential in developing high-quality, engaging online training content. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Inclusive Compliance training programs




Create online learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs
Collaborate with teams to ensure program effectiveness
Assist in tracking and evaluating training success
Advance existing talent development programs Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or similar
Five years in HR or organizational development
Understanding of EDI principles and practices
Experience in leading training programs
Excellent facilitation and communication skills Drive positive change in KPU’s workplace culture while leveraging your skills in organizational development.
