Residential Leasing Agent – Edmonton | Contract

Compensation: Commission-based contract position. Paid per successfully completed lease. No base salary or hourly wage.

RiverCity Property Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Leasing Agent to join our team.

RiverCity is an Edmonton-based property management and real estate company with a growing residential portfolio, solid owner relationships, responsive service, and practical, hands-on property management.

The role includes:
Creating and managing rental listings
Responding to inquiries and coordinating showings
Pre-screening prospective tenants
Managing applications and tenant screening
Leasing properties through to an approved applicant
Maintaining organized leasing records and communication
Inspections

You must:
Be currently RECA licensed
Have residential leasing, property management,



or real estate experience
Know the Edmonton rental market or willing to learn
Be highly organized with strong follow-through
Have reliable transportation
Be available for some evening and weekend showings

Properties are provided. This is not a lead-generation role. This is a flexible contract opportunity with a growing portfolio and room to grow with RiverCity.
