Raincoast Erosion Control Ltd. is seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Lead to join our team. This is a full time, permanent position based out of Coombs, BC.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising and working alongside a small landscaping crew
Planning and scheduling daily work to meet production targets
Training crew members and monitoring quality of work
Conducting daily safety meetings and hazard assessments
Completing daily field reports and job documentation
Managing equipment, materials and vehicle upkeep
Acting as the in office point of contact for clients
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience
Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract
Comfortable operating trucks, trailers and small equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions




Robust communication and organizational skills
Legally entitled to work in Canada

ASSETS
Occupational First Aid Level 1
Class 3 licence with air endorsement
Landscape Horticulturist certification or Red Seal
Equipment tickets (skid steer, mini excavator, compaction)
Experience with digital field reporting or job-costing software

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour, paid biweekly
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Company-supplied PPE and tools
