Landscaping Labourer / Hardscape & Softscape Installer

Position Overview

You will be working on residential landscaping projects including both hardscape and softscape installations. This is a hands-on position requiring physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities / Hardscape Installation:
Paver patios and walkways
Retaining walls
Decorative concrete features
Base preparation and compaction
Grade work for proper water drainage

Softscape Installation:




Tree and shrub planting
Sod installation
Garden bed preparation
Mulching and finishing work

Qualifications
Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Valid driver’s license (asset)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Robust work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation
Experience operating skid steers, plate compactors, and other equipment is an asset
