You will spearhead initiatives to elevate care quality and develop educational resources tailored to evolving needs. Foster a culture of learning and qualified growth throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee implementation of practice standards and policies
Facilitate quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Develop mentorship and coaching programs for staff
Analyze evidence for continuous care improvement
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to design effective care initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Ontario registration
Proven focus in Adult Home and Community Care
Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
