Overview

Pizza 73 is seeking dedicated and energetic full-time Kitchen Staff to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality pizza and food service to our customers, ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties
Prepare and assemble pizza and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and ingredient assembly
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Handle food safely and hygienically in compliance with health regulations
Serve customers at the counter or via take-out orders with professionalism and friendliness
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and kitchen operations
Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely order completion




Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is a plus
Experience with meal preparation, cooking, or food industry operations will be advantageous
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction are desirable
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
