standards and toolsDevelop SMS training material and deliver SMS training sessionsAssess the effectiveness of SMS implementationParticipate in advisory groups with companies and organizations in the aerospace industryCoordinate and lead product safety activities within BombardierManage strategic projects by coordinating multidisciplinary teamsFacilitate problem solving work sessionsDefine and map business processes (operational and transactional)Develop communication materialHow to thrive in this role?You possess a technical college degree or bachelor’s in aerospace or in another technical related fieldYou have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industryYou are knowledgeable of SMS related regulations and international standards (SM-001)You have experience with project management principles and tools (an asset)You have experience with risk management principles and tools (an asset)Experience in complex problem-solving tools (PSS)You demonstrate teamwork abilities and are innovativeYou possess strong interpersonal skillsYou possess leadership abilities and are skilled at influencing othersBilingual both orally and in writing in French & English (required)You master the Microsoft Office suitePlease note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position!
