Foster innovation and critical thinking in clinical practice
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care
Consult with IH decision-makers and external clinical resources
Create and manage project budgets effectively
Participate in research and quality enhancement projects Requirements:
Master’s degree in a health-related field required
Seven years of related clinical experience; three in administration
Current membership in a relevant qualified regulatory college
Robust facilitation and leadership skills
