Job Summary
Join our team as a Kitchen Cabinet Assembly / Shop Helper and become an essential part of creating beautiful, functional kitchens. In this energetic role, you'll assist with assembling kitchen cabinets, handling various shop tasks, and supporting the overall manufacturing process. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in woodworking, carpentry, and construction while working in a agile workplace dedicated to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly of kitchen cabinets according to detailed schematics and blueprints
Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and efficiently during assembly processes
Support the installation of cabinetry components in the shop, ensuring proper fit and finish
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
Help with material handling, including heavy lifting and moving supplies around the shop
Follow safety protocols related to woodworking, rebar installation, flooring, tile laying, and other construction tasks
Support additional shop duties such as sanding,
finishing, caulking, and minor repairs as needed
Experience
Prior experience with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is highly desirable
Hands-on experience with woodworking, cabinetry assembly, or general construction work is preferred
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and construction estimating is a plus
Knowledge of construction painting, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, plumbing or electrical work will be advantageous
Previous roles involving heavy lifting or working with construction materials such as concrete forming or restoration are beneficial
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: $17.60-$25.76 per hour
