Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas
Load and unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, following all safety protocols
Support tradespeople by holding materials, assisting with measurements, and performing routine tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote safety and productivity
Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or injuries on site




Help with transportation of tools, supplies, and waste removal as needed

Skills
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a construction environment
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently under supervision
Positive communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required—training will be provided
Valid driver’s license is an advantage for transportation tasks
