In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all laundry operations, contributing directly to the overall customer satisfaction and smooth functioning of our Laundromat. Your energy and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Sort laundry items based on color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to prevent damage and ensure quality results
Operate laundry machines efficiently to wash, dry and fold customer clothing with precision and care
Bag and tag clothing items accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order
Assist with customer service as needed (e.g., intake, payments, inquiries)
Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating machinery to promote a safe work environment




Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when stock levels are low
Sort and tag clothing for processing and customer pickup
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Experience
Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is preferred; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is advantageous
Solid attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Experience in hospitality environments enhances understanding of customer expectations
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
