Miller Thomson LLP is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to lawyers, assistants and professionals in our Vancouver office. You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of IT support experience, robust customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments and IT service management. Legal tech exposure is a plus.
