As part of a dedicated People and Culture team, you will manage recruitment for various business lines while ensuring all aspects of the hiring process are seamless.

Key activities encompass sourcing candidates through multiple channels, interviewing, and providing best practices to hiring managers. You will maintain a friendly candidate experience while partnering with HR on jurisdictional compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from start to finish
- Source talent through diverse channels and networks




- Create and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles
- Conduct structured interviews with a focus on evidence-based selection
- Coach managers on enhancing their decision-making processes Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications
- 5–7 years' recruitment experience in global contexts
