We are seeking a passionate and skilled Tandoor Chef to join our dynamic culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic tandoori dishes with precision and flair, ensuring each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional vegetarian tandoori dishes, including vegetables, and bread, using the tandoor oven with skill and consistency
- Supervise food preparation processes to ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Manage the kitchen station efficiently during service hours, maintaining cleanliness and organization in compliance with food safety regulations
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed at all times
- Lead and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality control
- Assist in training current team members on cooking techniques,



food safety protocols, and restaurant standards
- Support restaurant management in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills specific to tandoori cuisine
- Extensive food service experience with knowledge of restaurant operations
- Demonstrated team management abilities with leadership qualities that motivate staff
- Solid understanding of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure setting within the food industry
