Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional tandoori dishes with authentic flavors and presentation standards
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance at all times
- Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation, ensuring efficiency and quality control
- Manage the entire cooking process from marination to grilling, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan menus, monitor inventory,



and ensure timely service
- Lead team members by demonstrating proper cooking techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and work stations in accordance with health regulations

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive restaurant experience with expertise in kitchen operations and food industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and restaurant management
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service through high-quality cuisine

Pay: $17.60-$36.58 per hour
