Delighted to be partnering a with a growing real estate investment firm seeking a

Tax Manager to join its expanding tax function. This is a hands-on opportunity for a

CPA with 4+ years of corporate tax experience who is interested in developing their expertise across Canadian and US tax compliance within a private equity / real estate environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage Canadian and US corporate and fund tax compliance

- Prepare and review federal, state/provincial, and other tax filings

- Prepare tax working papers, provisions, reconciliations, and journal entries

- Support tax authority queries, audits, and reviews

- Research tax issues and monitor legislative developments

- Partner with Finance and other internal teams on tax reporting and special projects

- Identify opportunities to improve tax processes through technology, automation,



and AI

What they’re looking for:

- CPA designation required

- 4+ years of Canadian, US, or cross-border corporate tax experience

- Strong tax compliance and tax accounting knowledge

- Big Four, real estate, private equity, or fund experience is an asset

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
