Duties
- Safely operate a vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations promptly and comfortably
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with luggage, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety and comfort for all passengers
- Communicate effectively with passengers to confirm destinations, clarify routes, and ensure satisfaction throughout the ride
- Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with luggage or cargo as needed
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations diligently to ensure passenger safety at all times
- Manage scheduling and pick-up requests efficiently to maximize daily rides and earnings
Experience
- Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving or taxi services preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to lift heavy items such as luggage or packages when required
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse passengers and handling inquiries confidently
