Assignment:

- Part-time 0.40 FTE temporary replacement teaching position

- Assignment will include English 10 and a Flex class

- Regular schedule 8:30-10:08 A.M., Flex day schedule 8:30-10:35 A.M.

- Duties to commence August 26, 2026 and will continue until January 29, 2026, with the possibility of extension

Qualifications:

- Experience in relevant courses as mentioned above would be considered an asset

- Experience teaching at the Senior High level would be considered an asset

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

- Willingness to work in an active, team-oriented learning setting and be a positive team member

- Ability to teach in a flexible learning environment

- Passionate about teaching and ensuring belief in every student





- Ability to effectively integrate technology and an understanding of 21st Century Learning Skills

- Assessment literate

- Ability to use varied instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs

- Strong planning and organizational skills

- Effective classroom management

- Commitment to ongoing professional growth
