Direct operations of Short-Term Disability department
Coach and develop a team of healthcare specialists




Assess performance metrics and service level agreements
Conduct quality assurance audits for compliance
Participate in key client meetings and service discussions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or HR
Five years of relevant disability management experience
Minimum three years in a leadership role
Robust knowledge of employer-sponsored disability programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
