This full time role involves arbitration, relationship-building, and member engagement. You will advise local representatives, manage initiatives to enhance union strength, and prepare cases for arbitration. Develop relationships with employers in collaboration with local officers
Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor preferred
Knowledge of federal or provincial pay equity issues is a plus
Drive member engagement and legal advocacy as a Labour Relations Staff Officer with the Society of United Specialists.
