Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks to support operations in a quick-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining work areas, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties
Operate machinery and mobile equipment as required, following safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to company policies at all times.
Sort paper to remove undisireable materials

Requirements




Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to operate various types of machinery safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed by the operation schedule.
