We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager/ Cleaner to join our agile property management team. Duties
Assist in managing property leasing activities, including scheduling viewings and processing applications.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently
Support rent collection, data entry, and filing of lease agreements, maintenance requests, and other key documents
Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition, safety, and cleanliness standards
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, payments,



and service requests to support effective customer relationship management
Cleaning duties

Requirements
Previous property management experience experience preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with tenants and team members
Basic understanding of property management operations, including leasing processes and maintenance procedures
Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Must have a Valid Drivers license and vehicle
