Shop Welder – Journeyman (Full time)

Pay: $30.00–$38.00 per hour (starting, based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview

We are a manufacturing company specializing in flatbeds and industrial truck accessories. We are looking to hire a 3rd year apprentice or journeyman shop welder with experience in steel and aluminum.

This is a weekday, shop-based position — home every night. Some overtime may be required.

Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble flatbeds and truck accessories
MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum
Fine blending and finishing work (required)
Read and follow drawings and diagrams
Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
Follow welding procedures and safety requirements




Meet production deadlines
Participate in product development and cross-training

Qualifications
Journeyman welder
Experience welding steel and aluminum
MIG and TIG welding experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Ability to read fabrication drawings
Safety-focused mindset
