The Hospital in Northwestern Ontario seeks exceptional clinically practicing pharmacists to join the Inpatient Pharmacy Team.

The Clinical Pharmacist

Specialist will lead medication reconciliation, develop pharmaceutical care plans and participate in interprofessional rounds. Preference given to Clinical Pharmacist Specialists; Rural Northwestern Ontario experience is an asset. A Doctor of Pharmacy or BSc in Pharmacy with ACPR is required, with Ontario registration (Part A) mandated.
