RWDI is seeking an Intermediate Acoustics Engineer in Toronto, Ontario, to tackle environmental noise challenges and architectural acoustics. This permanent, full-time position provides a cooperative workplace with a focus on technical excellence. In this role, you’ll leverage your two years of experience in environmental noise consulting.
Responsibilities include conducting detailed field inspections, managing project timelines, and utilizing advanced acoustic software. You will also communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity in reporting and project objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onsite measurements and assessments
Deliver thorough analysis using specialist software
Own project timelines and budgets from start to finish
Provide explicit communication of technical concepts
Collaborate within a close-knit acoustics team Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in acoustics
At least 2 years experience in the acoustics field
Familiarity with Auto CAD, Revit, and sound levels equipment
Understanding of building design and acoustical standards
