Handle insurance defense files independently from start to finish
Prepare and conduct motions, mediations, and trials
Draft legal documents,



including pleadings and affidavits
Present legal seminars to the claims department
Communicate effectively with claims specialists Requirements:
Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
Member of the Law Society of Alberta
Minimum of two years in insurance litigation
Expertise in drafting and trials
