We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior renovation technician to join our team. You will be responsible for framing to finish excluding licensed trades. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in interior construction and possess the necessary skills to complete renovation tasks efficiently and effectively.
Experience
Proven experience in interior renovation
Proficiency in using power tools for fabrication and installation
Knowledge of basic plumbing systems and fixtures
Experience with flooring installation
Robust carpentry, drywall skills, efficient at painting
Ability to apply caulking effectively
-Window and cabinet istallation experience -And many other duties involved in renovation.
-Exterior work may be required periodically from Spring to Fall.
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
