Your role is vital in managing statutory compliance for subsidiaries and the RCA Design & Innovation S/EIS Fund. Collaborating closely with the Director of InnovationRCA, your insights will shape effective governance and financial stewardship. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for compliance inquiries
Manage Company Secretarial responsibilities for subsidiaries
Supervise daily financial control and budget approvals




Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
Generate high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders Requirements:
Experience as a qualified accountant in financial management
Robust background in compliance and reporting
Exceptional analytical skills and commercial awareness
Knowledge of investment funds or higher education beneficial
