The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Insurance Brokers / Producers to join our growing team. If you’re sales-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about helping clients, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance clients
Generate leads through existing networks and Centers of Influence
Deliver exceptional service and expert insurance advice
Work in a fully digital, paperless environment with contemporary CRM tools
Operate with full flexibility: remote, hybrid, or in-office options available

What You Bring
RIBO license - Must
Robust sales aptitude and entrepreneurial mindset
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
Highly organized and detail-oriented
