Duties
Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
Build strong relationships with customers by providing explicit explanations of policy features and benefits
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Utilize marketing strategies to attract current clients and expand existing customer accounts
Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details




Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and guiding clients through the insurance purchasing process

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both English and Punjabi; bilingual ability is highly preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Valid driver’s licence
Own vehicle and comfortable driving when required
Willingness to study and complete the required insurance qualification
Female candidate preferred
Good communication and customer-service skills
Reliable, responsible, and motivated to build a long-term career
No previous insurance experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.
