Highway: International Owner Operator - Laidlaw Carriers Van

About the Role

Laidlaw Carriers Van is seeking experienced AZ Highway Owner Operators based in Guelph, ON . You will haul Dry Van freight throughout Canada and the United States. Drivers are required to start their week on Sundays and typically finish on Fridays. 5-6 days out (Triangle run). You will consistently sleep in your truck during that period. We run Dry Van and Reefer trailers and drivers could be assigned to either of these divisions.

We are looking for professional drivers committed to safety, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

- Haul freight between Canada and the U.S.
- Follow all safety, compliance, and cross-border regulations
- Complete dispatch-assigned work efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation





Requirements

- Valid AZ licence or Class 1
- 2 years of verified Canada/USA driving experience
- Requirements are flexible and approved at divisional level.
- Clean CVOR and Driver's Abstract
- Clean criminal record check (required for cross-border travel)
- Must be willing and able to travel into the United States regularly
- Comfortable being out in the truck 5-6 consecutive days per week
- QUICK Card preferred
