Permanent Full Time Investment Planning Counsel (IPC) is Canada’s leading independent wealth management firm. What You Will Do Maintain and grow existing client relationships. Deliver personalized wealth management solutions to existing clients and help them work toward their long‑term financial goals. Conduct regular proactive meetings and calls with clients. Educate clients about all of the products, solutions, and services IPC provides. Provide a world‑class client experience. Promote the value proposition of IPC. What You Will Bring Relationship‑building skills with a commitment to establishing long‑term client relationships. Ability to leverage technology to enhance client experiences. Strong desire for performance‑driven compensation. A self‑motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial personality. Ability to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clients. Post‑secondary education in Business and/or 3–5 years of industry experience. Completion of CSC/CPH required. Investment Dealer Licensed. Professional accreditation (CFP, CIM, or equivalent) is considered an asset. Accredited, experienced Wealth Advisor willing to take over an existing book of high‑net‑worth clients.
The base salary for this position is between $71,900 and $119,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components of our total compensation.
