Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
Conduct therapeutic sessions focused on behavioral, social, emotional, and developmental skills
Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and healthcare specialists to ensure cohesive care strategies
Collect and analyze data on child progress to adjust therapy approaches effectively
Maintain accurate records of patient care, session notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy standards
Support children during activities that promote patient care, ensuring safety and engagement at all times
Requirements
Experience working with children in therapeutic or educational settings
Knowledge of special education principles and practices
Ability to administer medications safely f
Robust understanding of child developmental terminology
Excellent skills in data collection, documentation, and progress tracking
Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills for working with children and families
Relevant certifications or licenses in therapy or related fields are preferred but not mandatory
