Your primary responsibility will be to provide legal advice and assistance via telephone to those affected by discrimination. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of human rights and social justice legislation, along with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of communities. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver legal information to clients by phone
Guide individuals through Human Rights Tribunal applications
Document detailed information and prepare summaries
Foster clear communication with various community groups
Apply case management or database system skills Requirements:
Interpret Ontario's Human Rights Code
Excellent listening and explanatory skills
Solid familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
