This role encompasses the oversight of personnel, operations, and quality control on construction sites, aiming to meet specifications from various agencies. Develop liaison with project managers for project support
Ensure crews meet production levels while maintaining quality




Monitor daily operations of subcontractors and suppliers
Oversee field resources and manage equipment movements

Education in Construction Engineering or similar field
10+ years in the industry with people management experience
