Your responsibilities as a Subcontract Manager will include managing all aspects of subcontract activities tied to government contracts. With a focus on interpreting requirements and ensuring compliance, you will draft important agreements and lead negotiations with subcontractors. You will also monitor awards against Small Business Subcontracting Plans and actively work with the supply chain to meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Manage contractual compliance and flow-down requirements




• Prepare and evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Track deliverables and process invoices efficiently
• Provide guidance to buyers and project teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce
• 5-7 years of procurement experience in defense
• Proficient in U.S. FAR and DFARS regulations
• Familiar with Cybersecurity Model Certification requirements
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
