Become a Plant/Loader Operator with CBM in Woodville, Ontario, and engage in heavy equipment operations while aiding essential infrastructure projects. This is a full time role that promotes a safety-first culture. Working at CBM, part of Votorantim Cimentos North America, you’ll operate various types of heavy machinery safely.

You will perform regular maintenance on plant equipment while being supported by comprehensive training to hone your skills. This role emphasizes teamwork and contributes to CBM’s commitment to community and environmental health, working long shifts but gaining valuable experience. Key Responsibilities:
Lead safety inspections and hazard reporting
Efficiently operate loaders and other machinery
Perform necessary maintenance on plant equipment

Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license
