About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Commercial Products to spearhead the product strategy and execution for its proprietary technology platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and AI-first roadmap, ensuring that all product initiatives are in line with the global business objectives. This role involves leading and mentoring multiple Product Management teams, fostering a culture of innovation,
and driving the strategic prioritization and lifecycle management of the commercial product portfolio. The VP will also be at the forefront of the company's shift to an AI-first product model, integrating advanced technologies to enhance user experience and commercial value.
Applicants for the Vice President of Commercial Products position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A solid background in AI, data fluency, and technical acumen, particularly with Google technology ecosystems, is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in building and launching enterprise-grade, proprietary B2B software products, and experience in PropTech, commercial real estate, or financial services is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills, and be adept at establishing explicit KPIs to measure the success and ROI of the commercial product portfolio.
