About the RoleWe are looking for an IT & E-Commerce Specialist to help manage our website, online orders, e-commerce tools, and basic IT needs.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our website
Monitor and process online orders
Manage Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations
Troubleshoot basic website and IT issues
Provide day-to-day technical support
Help improve our online store and e-commerce operations
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
Basic HTML knowledge is an asset
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Internship candidates with relevant education or skills are encouraged to apply
Position Details
6-month contract
Full time preferred
Internship prospect available
Potential for extension based on performance and business needs
