Experience within the building supplies industry is an asset. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in business development, utilizing our Netsuite software to manage leads and customer interactions efficiently. Duties
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate recent leads and nurture existing client relationships
Engage in warm calling to follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
Negotiate terms and close sales deals with prospective clients
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions




Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
Support business development efforts through ongoing outreach and relationship building

Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales, with experience within the building supplies industry being a asset
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling and warm calling campaigns successfully
Knowledge of sales techniques including business development, customer service, and marketing strategies
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and leads
A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth

The shift we are offering is:
Monday to Friday: 7:00AM - 4:00PM
Saturday: 7:00AM - 12:00PM

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour
