PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Team Lead International Course Based Master’s Programs (ICBMP) will oversee daily operational matters related to the recruitment, evaluation and conversion of applicants to International Course-Based Master’s programs. The incumbent will also coordinate and monitor reports in order to identify variances and trends in the achievement of enrolment targets.

Some key job functions include:

- Lead and support the admissions team by providing direction, training, onboarding, and operational guidance to ensure efficient, client-focused service.
- Oversee admissions activities including academic assessment, application processing, admission decisions, and resolution of applicant and operational issues.
- Analyze admissions data and trends to prepare reports and recommendations that support admission requirements, program changes, and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder partnerships with academic units, pathway partners, educational agents, recruitment, marketing, and other campus partners.
- Support international recruitment and enrolment initiatives through recruitment activities, pathway development, communications, and continuous improvement of processes and services.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

The candidate will possess

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Three (3)



years’ related experience administrating graduate post-secondary education programs
- An understanding of University of Windsor procedures related to graduate admissions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Familiarity with the multicultural dimensions of international business, including cross-cultural consumer behaviours & communications
- Ability to deliver services and support towards individuals whose first language is not English
- Experience crafting clear and concise business reports that utilize both quantitative and qualitative information
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations to both small and large audiences
- Ability to act with tact and diplomacy Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, calendar, and e-mail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multi-task within a self-directed environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a Student Information System and one or more Business Intelligence Systems
- Demonstrated experience in the evaluation of domestic and international transcripts, degrees, and mark sheets
- Understanding of language proficiency requirements, testing, and available pathway programs
