Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting service areas to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and improve overall service performance
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information promptly
- Assist in opening or closing procedures, including cash handling
- Prep food and supplies for efficient operation

Requirements





- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving stock and supplies
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required; we value motivation and a positive mindset above all else
