The Ground Services Attendant plays a vital role in assisting flight crews while adhering to health and safety regulations. You’ll engage in tasks ranging from servicing aircraft to performing clean-up duties across facilities. Ideal candidates should have readiness for a physically demanding role requiring customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist flight crews and customers efficiently
• Operate ground vehicles for aircraft servicing
• Carry out custodial duties at facilities
• Help marshal aircraft safely during operations
• Execute de-icing and detail aircraft when necessary
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 1-2 years customer service experience
• Ability to maintain a Class 5 driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds
• Comfortable with varying work hours
• Previous training or experience in aviation is preferred
