The secondary responsibilities include driving the forklift in the Warehouse when the Warehouse Supervisor requires additional support or to cover staffing shortages on shift.POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:Complete Administrative Tasks:Schedule and confirm carrier pick-upsDirect truck drivers to warehouse doors for shipment pick-upConfirm orders in LX ERP and file ordersCreate Bills of Lading and Customs paperwork using LX ERPFax paperwork to carriers and Customs OfficePrepare/Pick-up outgoing mail/FedEx as requiredLog intercompany freight in the designated fileCommunicate and Coordinate:Communicate order status and/or shortages with Customer Service Coordinators (CSCs)Expedite all responses and communications to CSCs and the Sales teamEnsure CSCs requests and inquiries are directed to appropriate personParticipate in information exchange with other departments as necessaryOther Responsibilities:Complete special projects as assignedProvide back-up support as requiredPresent issues in a professional mannerAssist with Warehouse planning activitiesTreat fellow team members with honesty, respect, and dignityMeet standards of conductAdhere to 5S, HACCP and Safety rulesSKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Educational Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentMinimum Experience/Field:Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environmentStrong computer skills with experience in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel,
