Server – In-Room Dining

In-Room Dining Servers are responsible for ensuring excellent customer service through being consistent, organized and professional at all times. Servers are expected to maintain a gracious manner with all guests and uphold our high level of service.

Open availability is required for this position.

Responsibilities
Provide food and beverage service to guest rooms and the Boathouse Spa & Baths
Provide service and support for the hotel staff dining program.
Be knowledgeable of all Hotel areas and activities and communicate to guests as required
Resolve guest concerns/issues efficiently and courteously to prevent a reoccurrence and ensure guest will become a repeat customer.
Evening and weekend availability is required.




All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Prior experience in Food & Beverage an asset
Sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
Solid personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner.
Knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas an asset

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Continuous standing and walking throughout shift
Some lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
