Your role includes conducting assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with the Care Designer and care team. You will educate clients and families on health practices while ensuring comprehensive and timely documentation. Flexibility in availability is a plus for addressing varying client needs. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care in diverse home settings
Assess client health and contribute to care plans
Administer medications and monitor treatment efficacy
Coordinate follow-ups based on client condition changes

Valid RN registration in valuable standing
Current CPR certification required
